It was officiated in Chichiri, Blantyre, and thereafter a reception at the Mount Soche Hotel. See more photos. Dr. Garvey Chilopora is the son of Dr. Sam and Esther Chilopora of Ntcheu, Malawi. Former Indiana First Lady Judy O'Bannon visited and spoke to my Rotary Club on July 11, 2007. She is always an animated and exciting speaker. Three UCG members (Katherine Rowland, Mr. Rowland, Chris Rowland) who participated in the Annual Indianapolis NITE Ride.
