As we approach Thanksgiving Day in the United States, I want to share a poem that I received a very thoughtful poem from Mrs. Drenda Wassner in Long Beach, California. She is the grandmother of Brennan Hilgen. He and his wife Michala served for two years in the African Country of Malawi starting in 2017.

POST- ELECTION VIOLENCE IN MALAWI
Malawi held elections on 21st May 2019. The results were announced on 27th May 2019. In between these days, there were already allegations that the Electoral Commissioners were manipulating votes in favour of the sitting President.

We have built a business center facing a main street in Lilongwe, Malawi. It contains an Internet cafe, copy center, and grocery store. It is also the location of the LifeNets office for the northern part of Malawi.
