My Visit to the United Kingdom March 11-14, 2005
From Friday, March 11th through Monday, March 14th I visited the United Kingdom. Peter and Sonja Hawkins graciously hosted me at their home and we talked at length about the Work of the Church in the United Kingdom and Scandinavia as well as many editorial matters. He gave me a tour of the Northwood Office of the United Church of God.
Paul and Kira Spenser came over from Sweden and we discussed matters relating to Church work in Sweden and our bigger than usual Fall Festival coming up in Estonia this fall. On the Sabbath we both spoke in the Bricket Wood congregation which met in Radlett this particular Sabbath.
On Sunday Peter Hawkins drove to Woodchurch, Kent where I met with dear friends Maurice and Caroline Frohn who hosted the Annual General Meeting of the International Chernobyl Children's Trust of which I am a trustee.
The weather was beautiful all through the weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire weekend. Photos of all this all follow ----
