Subject: Estonia 2005 Feast Message 1 Hotel Reservations

Hello to everyone going to the Feast of Tabernacles in Estonia this fall!

We are so happy that you are joining us for the first major Fall Festival in Estonia in five years.  Those who have been there know how inspiring and enjoyable the experience is.  The Feast will be held in charming  Tartu, Estonia’s second largest city. It is home to the oldest university in the Baltics.  Tartu is rich in history going back a thousand years.  We trust that you will appreciate the Feast experience this fall.  I will be writing to you with information about schedule, activities in a series of e-mail memos.

We would like for you to start making your hotel reservations at the Pallas Hotell in Tartu.  We have 35 rooms pre reserved. Please call them yourself and be prepared to give them the dates of your stay.  The Feast begins Monday evening, October 17th. The Last Great Day is Tuesday, October 25th.   The daily rates are as follows: single, $65; double, $84.  The cost includes a very fine Scandinavian breakfast.

You will need an authorization code in order to secure a room for the Feast.  That list is at the end of this memo.

The telephone number for the Pallas Hotell is  +372 7 301 200.  From the United States please dial 011 7 372 7 301 200.  The hotel knows us well and all receptionists know about the Feast.  Please tell them that you are calling to make reservations for the “United Church of God Fall Festival.”  Then tell them the dates that you would like.  You will pay by credit card when you arrive in Estonia.  You will not be paying for the night of Wednesday, October 19th as we are going overnight to the island of Saaraama in the Baltic Sea.  We will tour the island and hold services there.  It is an island full of history and Nazi and Soviet fortifications.  We will have a charge of $150 per person for the trip to Saaraama.

There will be much more coming…..
